This is a slightly modified version of “The Hurricane” hat but made into a boot cuffs! Enjoy!

Casting on
work in the round (continuous spirals. I like circular knitting needles, they make things simpler.)
increases (invisible or otherwise)
stitches: knit, purl
sew openings close, sew parts together (join parts)

Materials:
Soft wool worsted weight yarn
Or Wool Worsted Weight Yarn
(4) Size #6 Double Pointed Needles
OR (1) Size #6 Twelve-inch circular knitting needles
