Worked in garter stitch. Begin with the collar. Knit down the Back panel and then the two Front panels. Pick up along the sides of the Front and Back panels and work the side of the Body sideways for a perfect fit. The sleeves are worked down to the wrist in garter stitch and seamed (you could work them in the round if you wish).
