The Marianna is a light weight knit, perfect for warmer months. From beach walks to office wear, Marianna is the perfect transitional piece, as it is easily dressed up or down.
The top is worked in panels, then joined in the round for the ribbing at the bottom. The lace shoulder panels are cast on and knit back and forth, grafting them to the front and back panels; this method minimizes the amount of seaming needed for this top.
The top has 2 - 4” of positive ease around the torso and negative ease ribbing, causing a “belt” effect. This variation in ease makes the top flattering for all body types.

Notes from the Designers:

  • Please be advised that the yardage/meterage are based on the top being knit per pattern with gauge being met. Any alterations to the pattern or failure to meet gauge will affect the yardage needed.
  • Swatching is important! Not swatching to check gauge can result in the item being to large or small; causing the item to not fit as intended.
