Sizes
Smaller children version:
30 rounds in folded brim, using needle size A throughout the whole pattern:
Folded brim: height: 5cm, circumference: 48cm (stretchable)
Crown: height: top to brim: 13cm
Bigger children version:
30 rounds in folded brim, changing to needle size B after the brim:
Folded brim: height: 5cm, circumference: 48cm (stretchable)
Crown: height: top to brim: 14cm
Adult version:
35 rounds in folded brim, changing to needle size B after the brim:
Folded brim: height: 6cm, circumference: 48cm (stretchable)
Crown: height: top to brim: 14cm
The Scheepjes Nakid is slighltly bigger than the Scheepjes Woolwise and will make a slightly bigger hat.
Pattern notes
• Read the whole pattern before you start.
• The hat is worked bottom up.
• The whole pattern is worked in rounds.
• The pattern is not adjustable in numbers of stitches.
• The brim is folded when the hat is done.
• From chart row 24 to chart row 28 the pattern decreases 4 stitches every round. From chart row 29 to chart row 37 the pattern decreases 8 stitches every round.
• The centered double decrease (cdd), also known as s2kp is used in the whole pattern.
