The Party People Pouch
Tired of knitting socks for gifts? Why not giva a gift inside of another gift? The Party People Pouch works both as a gift bag, a bag to store small things in and as an insulating wrap! The double layers of wool helps keeping beverages cold or warm when being out and about or when you just want your cup of coffee to stay delicious a little while longer at home by the kitchen table.
The Party People Pouch is worked bottom up, with an optional ribbing, then you knit the lining which you later attach to the inside of the bottom. A fun pouch both to give away and to keep for yourself and a perfect project to make use of some scrap yarn! Included in the pattern are three colour work charts that reminded me of gift wraps and four empty charts if you want to personalize your pouch.
