This pattern can be made with any color of 100% cotton yarn, and any size needles you prefer. The larger the needle the larger the cloth.

I decided to try to adapt this pattern into the intarsia method. I substituted a second color in place of the knit stitches on the odd numbered rows. Repeating the sequence on the even numbered rows inbetween. This is my first try at this method.
