The Rose Garden is the name of this pattern. The idea was to create a pattern with as many sizes and shapes of roses as I could. I hope you like it. Each mitten is decorated with three Latvian braids. There is always an option to skip one or more of the Latvian braids.
The size of the mittens is womens medium/large but making a smaller size can be done by using smaller needles for the body of the mitten part.
The mittens are worked in the round from the bottom to top using 5 double pointed needles, followed by knitting the thumb using 4 double pointed needles.
Begin with needles US 1.5 (2.5 mm) and knit the cuff chart. Then change to needles US 2.5 (3 mm) for size large and knit until you finish the chart.

For a pair of mittens you will need 1 skein of each color. (Kambgarn)

Rósagarðurinn er nafnið á þessum vettlingum. Hugmyndin var að hanna vettlinga með eins mörgum stærðum og gerðum af rósum og ég gat komið fyrir. Hver vettlingur er skreyttur með þremur lettneskum fléttum. Það er auðveldlega hægt að sleppa öllum fléttunum eða fækka þeim ef áhugi er fyrir hendi.
Í uppskriftina eru notaðir 5 prjónar nr. 2.5 mm og fimm prjónar nr. 3 mm. Stærðin er kvk stærð ca. m/l og auðvelt er að minnka vettlingana með því að nota minni prjóna.
Fyrir eitt par af vettlingum þarf eina dokku af Kambgarni af hvorum lit.
