The Sherwood Sweater
The Sherwood Sweater has some of my most favorite design elements: a flattering V-neck, modified drop shoulders and some fun color work on the hem. This sweater is knit from the bottom up, seamed at the shoulders and the sleeves are picked up around the armhole and knit down to the cuff. Beginner knitters are free to omit the color work chart and knit the entire garment in one color. The Sherwood Sweater is a timeless sweater silhouette that will likely become a wardrobe staple.
