The most challenging part of this sunflower granny square is going to be the puff stitch for the flower petals. It may take a little practice to draw your loop up to 1 1/2″ as well as all the additional loops for the stitch. The rest of the stitches for this sunflower granny square are going to be fairly basic – single crochet, double crochet and treble crochet stitches.
