Uses both knitting and crochet.

Model takes about 12, 14 ounces pink knitting worsted; one ounce each of pink, blue and white fingering yarn.
Use one pair size 8 straight needles, one pair 9 circular needles; a size 0 steel crochet hook; 7 buttons; and regular stitch holders plus safety pins for stitch holders.

Gauge: On size 9 needles - 9 sts equal about 2 inches, 6 rows equal about 1 inch.
