This is a crochet pattern with video tutorial showing how to crochet the Through the Window Washcloths – a fun washcloth pattern that uses the inset mosaic crochet technique. Don’t let it scare you! It’s comprised of simple single crochet stitches, chains and easy double crochets. 6 sizes included.
Materials:
- 70 (95, 120, 145, 180, 175) Yards of Worsted Weight Cotton Yarn - I used WeCrochet Dishie in Clarity (bluish gray), Azure (aqua) & Navy
- H8/5mm Crochet Hook for Body
- G6/4.25mm Crochet Hook for Border
- Tapestry Needle
Yarn Alternatives: Lily Sugar n Cream, Premier Home Cotton
Jewelry pliers are a great tool to use to help weave in ends, especially as cotton yarn can be quite tough on the fingers when weaving in with just fingers and a tapestry needle.
Time Spent:
45 Minutes - 2 Hours (Depending on Size)

- Extra Small: 5 5/8” x 5 7/8”
- Small: 6 1/2” x 6 5/8”
- Medium: 7 1/2” x 7 1/2”
- Large: 8 1/2” x 8 3/8”
- Large Long: 8 1/2” x 10 7/8”
- Extra Large: 9 3/8” x 9 1/4”
Gauge (Not Essential):
With H8/5mm: 17 SC = 4” by 11 Rows = 4 1/8”
