This design was born from numerous requests for a Children’s version of my Through the Woods Hooded Neckwarmer pattern.

This version is a perfect solution. No button-holes or sewing seams.
Neck is knit in the round, hood is knit back and forth and then seamed with a 3-needle bind off.
