The coasters work up quickly in mosaic garter stitch, just one strand of color works every two rows. Gauge and dimensions are provided in a DK weight mercerized cotton. Two contrasting color skeins will make 6 coasters. Choose colors that contrast well. Try your camera’s “black & white” setting to look at yarns together in grayscale and check the contrast between your selection(s). The pattern provides full written instructions with (optional) positive and negative charts. These coaster sets are great for gifting too!
