DETAILS
I played around with the shape and style of this scarf for almost a whole year! I am so happy with where it landed, and I hope you love it, too. Knit sideways with lots of texture and a splash of color, it is effortless to wear as the perfect final layer before heading out! This scarf is knit sideways, increasing up to the widest part of the triangle and then decreasing back down.

YARN REQUIREMENTS
These are just approximations. Total yarn usage will depend on the yarn you use (fiber content, ply, etc.), your personal gauge, and any modifications you may make.

A - Fingering Weight Wool 150 g/825 yds/753 m
B - Fingering Weight Wool 50 g/275 yds/251 m
C - Sport Weight Wool 39 g/156 yds/143 m

SUGGESTED YARN
For this shawl I chose a bouncy, woolen-spun yarn for the main fabric and one of the contrast yarns for a very wearable, light-weight scarf. For the other contrast yarn I spiced things up with a color-shifting, sproingy, worsted-spun yarn that adds a delightful pop of color with very low effort!

A - Brooklyn Tweed Loft 100% Targhee-Columbia Wool (Woolen spun) 50 g/275 yds/251 m - 3 skeins Cast Iron (dark grey)

B - Brooklyn Tweed Loft 100% Targhee-Columbia Wool (Woolen spun) 50 g/275 yds/251 m - 1 skein Fossil (off-white)

C - Spincycle Yarns Dyed in the Wool 100% American SW Wool (Worsted spun) 50 g/200 yds/183 yds - 1 skein Castaway (blue and orange multi-color)
