Pattern includes written instructions for small, medium and large hats (which translates to teen, adult small, and adult large). It also includes a chart for the color work.

It is written assuming you have both Size 8 circular needles and Size 8 double pointed needles, but you can just use the double pointed needles throughout the pattern if you prefer.
