Rowan (the model and inspiration) has just about the
most ticklish ribs you could ever imagine. He also runs
on the cold side and needs layers to keep him cosy.
This vest is designed to do just that. It’s made from
bulky yarn on larger then normal needles to keep the
fabric from getting stiff and heavy. The slipped stitches
give an added layer to the fabric making it oh so warm
and cosy. An asymmetrical neckline and slipped garter
stitch hem are the perfect finishing touches. It’s
designed with 3” / 7.6 cm positive ease – it should be
loose fitting and long lasting so pick your size with that
in mind.
