PATTERN NOTES
This wrap incorporates both garter stitch and mosaic knitting. Only one color is used per row in the mosaic pattern. Do not break yarn at color changes. Instead, twist the strands of yarn around one another on every right side row, taking care not to twist too tightly. The mosaic pattern is both written and charted for your convenience.
In this pattern, work all slipped stitches purlwise with yarn held to wrong side of work.
This wrap is knit flat from the bottom up. The intarsia method is used to change colors for the side borders. When changing colors, bring the old color up and around the new color to prevent holes from forming, and use a separate ball for the sections. When winding color A for the borders, break the skein evenly in half for the intarsia method.
