These Tilt & Stack Gauntlets feature striped short row sections that rock back and forth along the length of the gauntlet. Make them long or short, this pattern is modular and can be adjusted to fit you perfectly.

Inspired by a photograph of a tilting stack of ceramic bowls, these gauntlets begin with the ribbing above the elbow and then rock back and forth with short row stripes down to the wrists. There are five short rows sections in the gauntlet version and two short row sections for the more standard mitt length. Both versions of the pattern are somewhat modular in nature and you can easily tweak the size by adding or subtracting eight stitches to provide more or less ease.
