Design Inspiration
The design of this hat echoes the beautiful traditional cabled sweaters found in Ireland. Terryglass is a village in Ireland which has two holy wells. Eye Well and St. Columba’s Headache Well. Local legend holds that these wells cure blindness and migraines. The Timeless Terryglass Hat won’t cure your physical ills, but the process of knitting it may transport your spirit to an enchanted scenic countryside!

Adult S/M (L/XL)
Finished Measurements About 18 (20) in. (45.5, 51 cm) circumference by 8 (9) in. (20, 23 cm) tall unstretched, will fit head size up to 21 (24) in. (53.5, 61 cm).

Gauge
20 sts = 4 in. (10 cm) in the Hourglass Lace Pattern

Skills Required
Cast on, knit, purl, bind off.

A Note on Printing
The pattern is in landscape format, with both pages facing up so it can be read on a device. Print out the pattern double-sided and fold into thirds for optimal use, reversing the direction of the second page to have it face the correct way.
