PATTERN NOTES
These booties are knit flat. First, the entire length of the foot is created with the cast-on. After the depth of the upper foot is reached, stitches are bound off on each side to create a “T” shape, and the center stitches are continued to create the sole. Then, the piece is folded and sewn together to create the bootie. Finally, a crochet chain is used to create ties for the booties. An illustration is included to demonstrate where seams are joined.
