Tira is a short, oversized sweater with sleeves that reach the elbow. It’s perfect to wear with a high waisted pants or a dress. Tira is knit from the bottom up, and instructions are provided to work the body either flat or in the round, as you prefer. In both versions, the yoke and sleeves are knit flat. The pattern also provides instructions for two finishing options for the shoulders: sewn shoulder seams or a three needle bind off. In other words, Tira is an ideal beginner project for learning new knitting techniques, step by step.
