Light and airy, Toruk is a huge rectangular wrap showcasing a minimalistic cable pattern. It’s worked with Shibui Silk Cloud and Shibui Vine to create an understated, stylish accessory
that will keep you warm. Style this wrap with a shawl pin, or sew buttons to the cast-on edge. (The stitches and eyelets will serve as buttonholes.)

Cables, increasing and decreasing are all the finesse needed to make this wrap.

2 lace weight yarns:
1) Shibui Knits Vine: 41% paper, 31% cotton, 28% silk; 146 m (160 yd)/30 g; in Abyss
Yardage: 732 m / 800 yd or 5 skeins

2) Shibui Knits Silk Cloud: 60% kid mohair, 40% silk; 300 m (330 yd)/25 g; in Abyss
Yardage: 732 m / 800 yd or < 3 skeins

Both yarns are held together throughout.

If substituting the yarn, it is possible to opt for fingering to dk weight yarn. Plan on needing approximately 800 m (875 yd).

5 mm/US#8 circular needle, 60 cm (24 in) or longer, alternatively straights in the same size
