The pattern has instructions for 5 sizes from baby to adult M/L so you can create matching hats for your entire family. It also not only contains the pattern for the hat, but also contains short photo tutorials on how to change colors in tapestry crochet and how to make a pom pom.

Level: Intermediate Beginner

Gauge: 1st four rounds = approx 3.5” diameter (see last pattern photo for my gauge swatch)

Newborn - 12.5 - 15 in. head circumference (31.5-38 cm)
Baby/Toddler - 15-18 in. head circumference (38-46 cm)
Child - 17.5 - 21 in. head circumference (44.5-53 cm)
Adult S - 20-24 in. head circumference (51- 61 cm)
Adult M/L - 22-27 in. head circumference (56-68 cm)

Note for tapestry crocheters who like to crochet by chart:
This pattern is meant to be crocheted by following written instructions. There is a “chart” of the tulip, but I have purposefully taken grid lines off the chart because it does not reflect stitch placement.
The repeats themselves are simple and there are not many rows of patterning so the written instructions are easy to follow.
However, any buyers that would like the chart with grid lines can have it e-mailed to them upon request.
