To be made from coarse grey fingering over a cloth base with a no. 9 bone crochet needle. Try double knitting and a size 3.25 or slightly larger hook.
’A toy elephant is an attractive novelty that will sell well at bazaars and also will afford great pleasure in a nursery, as children can play many merry games with it.’ He includes a rattle and brightly decorated saddle.
