Hello and welcome to the Tree Hollow Treasure Diorama Crochet Pattern listing.

This seasonal homeware crochet pattern is for a beautiful, unique, enchanted and whimsical diorama crochet decoration. It displays a mini scene into a Tree Hollow, showing Amigurumi Toadstools and Snails, and small scattered Leaves. I have loved creating this crochet pattern, combining my love of finding little treasures on woodland walks with my love of crochet. It will be the perfect addition to and a great talking point in your homeware decor during Autumn and Winter that can be in a variety of bold Autumnal Colours. This crochet pattern would also be perfect to make as a gift for family and friends for lots of special occasions and would be a hit at the craft fayres as something a little different. The skill level for this pattern is Advanced Beginner and it is available in English, in both UK and US terminology. The skills that are needed for this pattern that include Amigurumi techniques are:

• magic circle
• crocheting in the round
• UK double crochet/US single crochet
• increase and decrease stitches
• colour changing
• bobble stitch
• a little assembly sewing
• there is also a very small amount of embroidery detailing

This project uses both DK (3 Light) and 4 ply (Sport) yarn and is perfect for bigger quantities of leftover yarn. I have used:
Drops Design Muskat DK (100% Cotton, 50g/100m)
Drops Design Safran 4 ply (100% Cotton, 50g/160m)

The finished dimensions are:
Diorama Frame Back – 14cm (5.5inches) diameter (measured over the widest part across the back) x 6cm (2.4inches) deep.
Diorama Frame Front – 10.5cm (4.1inches) diameter (measured over the widest part across the opening)
Finished Frame – 14cm (5.5inches) diameter x 7cm (2.8inches) deep.
Large Toadstool – 4cm (2.6 inches) wide (at widest) x 6cm (2.4inches) high
Small Toadstool – 3cm (1.2inches) wide (at widest) x 3.5cm (1.4inches) high
Large Snail – 5cm (2inches) x 1cm (0.4inches) x 3.5cm (1.4inches) high (at highest)
Small Snail – 4cm (1.6inches) x 0.9cm (0.35inches) x 2.5cm (1inches) high (at highest)
Leaves – 1.5cm (0.6inches) x 1cm (0.4inches)
