This pattern was originally published as Northwest Wools’ contribution to the 2022 Rose City Yarn Crawl, February 24th – 27th, 2022 in Portland, Oregon. This pattern is also available for download as part of the 2022 Pattern Collection: Bloom.

This cowl pattern celebrates the blooming of roses and tulips, as they grow on and in between various trellises. To me, tulips represent rebirth each spring, while roses connotate love and beauty. As spring arrives, we all are looking to bloom once again - so we can experience the beauty of the natural world around us. Please enjoy these easy lace patterns interspersed with other simple stitches!
