Tremont Cardigan
Tremont Cardigan is a draped, open front style that will quickly win a spot as a wardrobe favorite - and the lightweight and cozy fingering weight yarn allows for multi-season versatility. A slipped stitch cable and rib panel adorns the neckline, and deep ribbed trims create a refined finish. Cables and eyelets placed along the raglan lines wrap towards the back for a flattering effect, and a single rib column anchors the back. This cardigan is worked in one piece from the top down where you’ll be ready to wear right after blocking & weaving in the ends.
You will receive 2 PDFs with your purchase. The pattern file PDF includes full written and charted instructions, with detailed schematic and measurements. The 2nd PDF is a pattern workbook that will help you work up your project! You’ll get 4 pages of step-by-step construction tutorials and schematics, and a 4-page Shaping Table for each size to keep track of each and every row as you work it. Every size has it’s own table, so you only have to print what you need!
What’s a shaping table? Shaping Tables are designed to work as a row checklist and at-a-glance reference sheet to help you work up your sweater. They’re a great tool whether you just need to keep track of which row you last stopped on, or if you want a little bit of help combining “at the same time” instructions as described in the pattern. You’ll never have to remember which row of the stitch pattern you should be working, or if you need to work shaping on that row or not - the Shaping Table keeps track of everything for you! Check out the last photo to see a Shaping Table preview!
