This crochet hat pattern makes for a unique construction. The brim is crocheted first to the desired size, then the crown is worked up to the desired height. This hat is worked in worsted weight yarn with options for various sizes included in the pdf.

This pattern has been tested.

Hook(s): J (6mm), or hook needed to match gauge. (This pattern is fairly forgiving, but it’s better to meet it so you know what you’re getting into!)

Notions: Yarn needle for weaving in ends, 5 markers (one unique, 4 matching), button (3/4” or so).
