Triangle Halter
From the pattern: “Scarf-shaped halter has 21 colorful granny square motifs sewn together to form a triangle. Top motif is turned under and tacked to hold the halter chain that ties at the back of the neck. Bottom edge is filled out with 2 rows of shells.”
