Send your kiddos out Trick or Treating safely with this reflective bag!

This bag used almost two whole skeins of Red Hearth with Love, and less than one skein of each color of the Red Heart Reflective yarn. I chose to cross-stitch the patterns on the bag, but it could also be constructed as a tapestry crochet project.
