This hat is made up of a pretty elegant stitch pattern that I picked out from a stitch dictionary and it is knitted in round using a circular needle. I used two different type of yarns to make the hats and they show the lace detail differently
and so does the texture. Berroco Ultra Alpace and O~Wool classic 2-ply yarn are used. Since they are both very different weight of yarn, the worsted weight yarn gives a more stretchy deeper hat while the 2-ply yarn makes a light piece and shows the lace detail much better. You can see the differences of both hats in uploaded pictures.

It is a quick knitting project and with 58 round of works, the hat is done and ready for blocking! It is perfect for gifting!

Gauge for both yarn:

Berroco Ultra Alpaca - 24stitch = 4”
O~Wool Classic 2 Play - 26stitch - 4”

NOTES:
ERROS/Mistakes for the pattern:

I have missed out one decreasing round between round 34 and 35. There are 24 st at each repeatation at round 34, and 20st and round 35 but there are only 2 stitches are decrease in each repeatation at round 35.

Therefore, the missing decreasing round is

K1, SSK, P3, K, P2, K2, P, K2, P2, K, P3, K2tog, K, P (22st)

ALSO

At round 35,

K2, P3, SSK, P2, K, P, K, P2, K2tog, P3, P2, P

the P2 should be K2

Sorry again for the mistakes I made!
