Beautiful baby blanket in my Tulipan pattern. The pattern uses front and back post stitches to create the textured tulips. The back side of the blanket is also very beautiful - the pattern on this side looks very much like a flame.

The pattern has written instructions and a chart and also comes with step by step photos for making post stitches. It takes some concentration in the beginning, but it has a certain logic to it that will make it surprisingly easy.

I used 12 skeins of Anina (100 % super wash wool, 210 m/50 g) from Filcolana but you can easily swap for a different yarn - the pattern has instructions on how to adjust the size of the pattern and how to make a gauge swatch.

The pattern is available in danish and english (US terms)

Smukt tæppe i mit eget tulipanmønster.
