The Tulip Aplenty Jumper is a dress for your sweet little one. It has a fun tulip pattern at the bottom and at the bodice making the jumper great for summer days. If you have never worked with changing colors this is a great project to start with as it does not change color very often. Don’t be afraid to try different colors.
