Tunisian Checkerboard Dishcloth
Tunisian Checkerboard Dishcloth
This pattern uses a meditative repetition of Tunisian simple stitch and Tunisian purl stitch to create a textured checkerboard. The resulting fabric is aesthetically pleasing, and would work well for a face cloth or for the kitchen.
You will need:
Yarn: 55-60yds/50-55m of Dishie from WeCrochet, or similar worsted (4) weight cotton
Hook: US J/6mm Tunisian hook or interchangeable with short cord (or size needed to meet gauge)
Notions: measuring tape, yarn needle, scissors
This is a FREE pattern on the Capital Crochet blog, and is part of the Stitch Exploration Series - a monthly exploration of new techniques and textures!
