While shown in light and medium worsted yarns using a G/4mm hook, these flowers and leaves could be made with any appropriate hook/yarn combination you choose.

A tunisian hook is not required, however certain regular hook designs are more accommodating than others. You need sufficient space between the head and thumbrest (if there’s a thumb rest) or before the handle, to gather/stuff multiple stitches.
