This hat is made using Tunisian Knit and Tunisian Purl stitches for a ribbed look. It is made flat width-wise from the bottom of the body section, then sewn together. The post-stitch ribbed band is added after it is sewn.

Use a Tunisian Hook size K for the body of the hat and a regular Hook size I for the band.
