Bucilla Brocade 7 (8, 9) balls
“Boye” Steel crochet hook size 0 -- or size needed to obtain gauge.

Crocheted Gauge: 5 shells = 2 inches; 10 rows = 3 inches
Blocked Gauge: 7 shells = 3 inches; 10 rows = 4 inches

Note: A swatch should be crocheted and blocked before starting shell, to make sure that your blocked gauge agrees with the blocked gauge given at the beginning of these instructions.

Width at bustline: 38 ½ (40 ½, 42 ½) inches
