The motif is inspired by the “pepita”.
Similar to it, but easy enough to knit - just one color in the round. The main participants are Slip and Dip sts.

Workflow
The Turtle Hat is worked in the round from the bottom up with decreases for the top.
The top of the hat is worked either on double-pointed needles or on circular needles using the Magic Loop technique.
