“I first made this sleeveless sweater for a magazine spread with Helen Hunt. It looked great on her, but it’s flattering to anyone and very comfortable. The wool yarn is not at all itchy, and the neck is a little wide. This top goes perfectly with jeans, which is how Helen Hunt modeled it.

It looks harder to knit than it is. Basically you just start knitting and leave the bottom cropped, with no ribbing, which is what makes it look hip and unfinished.“
