This pattern is also available in the book Light & Layered Knits
A simple Fair Isle rib stabilizes the yoke and cap sleeves while providing necessary structure for free flow of the lace pattern in this seemingly weightless tunic. The diamond-patterned lace literally and visually removes the weight, leaving a lovely drape of the rayon-linen yarn. A bit of skin is revealed through the open horizontal slit between the yoke and the lower tunic, offering visual balance between the two textures. This tunic is best featured over a solid color. Try it with a camisole and matching capris or a long tank dress--either way you’ll look great! (Interweave)
