Tweed Hat
This hat is done in single crochet. Except for the first two rounds, you work the stitches in the back loop only, producing a handsome, woven/herringbone look. It is worked from the top down; the last two inches are worked with a smaller hook to keep the edge firm and prevent it from flairing. This project is suitable for an advanced beginner to experienced crocheter.
