Size 8 (5 mm) 16” - 32” circular knitting needles (length most comfortable to knit bust size)
Extra US 8 (5 mm) needle (straight or circular) for 3 needle bind off

Stitch marker, stitch holders (or scrap yarn), darning needle, scissors
