Yarn

Worsted weight yarn / 10 Ply

I used Plymouth Yarn Worsted Merino Superwash Solids, 100% Superwash merino.

Maximum 160 yards / 150 meters for the largest size. Detailed yardage in the pattern.

Needles

US 7 / 4.5mm circular needle with 16”/40cm cable
US 8/ 5mm circular needle with 16”/40cm cable and DPNs/ longer cable for the crown.

Gauge

23sts x 28sts with larger needle, in main hat stitch pattern, blocked.

Difficulty

Intermediate - knitting in the round, using DPNS or circular needles. 1x1 cables.
