This is a reversible cabled cowl that can be cast on and off normally and ends sewn together, or you can use provisional cast on and graft or 3 needle cast off to join the ends.

it can be knitted to suit any length that you wish, and is an easy to remember 10 row pattern, with a garter stitch edge.
