Twisted Headband
I’ll be showing you a complete step-by-step guide on how to make a twisted headband using either your Addi or Sentro knitting machine.
This tutorial is perfect for beginners and easy to follow, making it suitable for crafters of all levels.
SUPPLIES NEEDED:
-
A knitting machine (My Addi knitting machine has 46 pins, so If you use a Sentro machine you’ll have 48 pins and the final result will be slightly wider)
-
Less then 100 gr/165 meters/180 yards of Light Worsted yarn I’ve used Malaga from Word of Yarn in colorway 01, purchased through Hobbii
-
Scrap yarn: I’d recommend 2 pieces of scrap yarn of different colours, measuring around 9 meters or 10 yards each to be able to cast on and off 4/5 rows. Choose colours that are different from your main yarn.
-
A spray bottle: this is optional but it helps reduce static and helps with running the yarn smoothly
-
A yarn needle
-
Scissors
-
A 5 mm crochet hook
