This elegant a-line pullover was designed to be worked in either Hayfield Bonus Aran Tweed or Bonus Aran. It features a long cabled panel centered on the front and on each bell sleeve. The ribbon-like edge around the neckline is knit separately then sewn. The cable panels’ instructions are in written form only.

TENSION

• 18 sts and 24 rows to 10cm, (4in) over stocking stitch AND
• Front Cable Panel (21 sts) measures 9cm, (3½in) decreasing to (15 sts) measures 6cm, (2½in). AND
• Sleeve Cable Panel (21 sts) measures 9cm, (3½in) decreasing to (11 sts) measures 5cm, (2in) on 5mm needles or the size required to give correct tension. Check your tension - if less stitches use a thinner needle, if more use a thicker needle.
