With this design, I aimed to celebrate iconic couples who have left their mark through the years. As it takes two to tango, we just can’t picture Juliet without her Romeo, Harry without Sally, or John without Yoko! I’m excited to share this doubled sock pattern as a couple’s project so you can knit matching pairs for yourself and that special someone in your life!

The pattern is available free of charge with the yarn purchase on Biscotte.org/two-to-tango-socks - The instructions includes both pattern designs as pictured.

NOTE

This knitting pattern includes references to both feminine and masculine versions to help distinguish between the styles. However, it’s important to note that each version can be worn by any gender, celebrating individuality and personal expression in your creative journey.

These socks are worked in stranded color-work using 4 colors for the feminine version and 2 for the masculine version. You may cut the unused color and join it back when needed or carry it on the wrong side. Please carefully read the notes on using colors, as they will differ for both versions.

For the feminine version only, there will be 6 rounds where you will need to use 3 colors in the same round. Otherwise, all rounds are worked with 2 colors only.

This pattern can be worked with 5 DPN’s or with circular needles. If you use DPN’s, please distribute half of the stitches on needles 1 and 2 and the other half on needles 3 and 4.
