These are wonderful introductions to fair isle: the yarn is not too thin, the pieces not too big, the two-colour portion limited and simple. These pieces are as subtle or bold as the knitter chooses-- boys might look especially well in navy and white-- and very clean in silhouette. They are each in the drop shoulder style, and the sleeves have gently rounded caps. Hat is knit flat and seamed.
