Un Bič” is a cozy sweater knit top-down in the round, in one piece and with no seaming.
To start, the neck stitches are cast-on and a narrow border is knit in a very simple lace stitch.
The yoke is worked in two phases. During the first phase, the second color is added and the yoke is knit in two colours using the stranded colourwork technique; increases are inserted to shape the garment, as well as cables for an interesting touch. During the second phase, the increases continue for a raglan yoke and short rows are used to shape the shoulders and the back of the garment.
The sleeves and the body are divided at the underarms and the three pieces are completed separately.
The borders of the body and the very short sleeves are also knit in two colors using the stranded colour work technique and they end with simple lace border to match the neckline border.
