When you walk into a conservatory, where do your eyes go? The lush greenery, or perhaps to the architecture that makes it possible for the greenery to thrive? The Under Glass socks were inspired by dome glass ceilings found in many conservatories. The sock is crocheted toe up and features a boxed shell stitch which denotes the domes and their support structure. As with any architectural marvel the foundation needs to be solid. With this in mind, the Under Glass Socks are founded upon linked double crochet stitches.
